Selling on eBay is quite the challenge. Rules change seemingly daily. Your listings get taken down for no reason that the eBay reps can really explain other than a run away computer that they can't control and no one has figured out how to stop, You get drive by negative feedback shooters that get their order in 2 days, don't contact you with any problems and 2 or 3 days later when you notice your feedback score looks a little off, lo and behold that great item that you may have actually taken a loss to sell has somehow became the scourge of the earth and earned you a "negative" or "neutral" feedback... No reason given, the buyer didn't shoot you a message saying "hey, I want my $199.99 back, tell me where to return this thing!" . Instead, they just shoot you a "negative" or a "neutral", are very happy to NOT ask for a refund and happier still to be out their money while your eBay rating tanks. For the next 2 weeks this will just remain a mystery while somehow I manage to hold on to my "Power Seller" rating, however the rules change again and as far as I can tell there won't be anybody left to sell on eBay but Sears... really. Only the BIG and BIGGER Businesses with thousands of transactions will have enough to balance out their negatives and neutrals. So while I ponder this "lack of communication, questions and answers" , I am reminded that there are a multitude of product questions that we get asked that I have no idea how these folks come up with. Answering their questions can be tricky, just like walking in a mine field... so I saw this button and just "knew" that I had to have it for sale in my Store.... If only I could figure out the price point!
